Terms of Service
Welcome to Lumination Labs, Inc. ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile applications ("Apps"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Apps.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Apps, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users of the Apps.
2. Use License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
3. User Accounts
Some of our Apps may require you to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Providing accurate, current, and complete information
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:

5. Subscriptions and Purchases
Some Apps may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions:
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Payment will be charged to your Apple/Google account upon confirmation of purchase
- You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your account settings
- Subscription prices and duration are displayed in the App prior to purchase.
- Refund requests should be directed to Apple/Google according to their respective refund policies
- We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time
- For Apple purchases, this agreement incorporates Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) where applicable.
- For Google Play Store purchases, this agreement incorporates Google's Terms of Service and Play Store Terms of Service where applicable.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Apps are owned by Lumination Labs, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Apps without our express written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APPS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Polling and voting features. Any polling, voting, or survey functionality offered through the Apps is provided for informal entertainment, educational, and audience-engagement purposes only. Poll results are not audited, verified, or secured against manipulation, and must not be relied upon for binding decisions, official elections, regulated votes, scientific or market research, or any other purpose where the accuracy, integrity, or anonymity of results is material.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUMINATION LABS, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APPS.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lumination Labs, Inc. from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Apps or violation of these Terms.
10. Changes to the Apps
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Apps at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Apps.
11. Third-Party Services
Our Apps may integrate with or contain links to third-party services, websites, or content. We are not responsible for and do not endorse any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and conditions.
12. Children's Privacy
Our Apps are intended for general audiences. While we do not specifically target children under 13, if we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Apps immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Apps will cease immediately.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where prohibited by applicable law.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms in the Apps. Your continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
